Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours of payment confirmation, often the same or next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times We ship internationally from multiple fulfilment centres. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nearest available warehouse. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Orders fulfilled from a local warehouse may arrive sooner than the estimates above. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch notification.
