Subscription Policy

Subscribing By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g. weekly, monthly). Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.

Managing Your Subscription You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect from the following cycle — we are unable to refund a subscription order that has already been dispatched.

Refunds Subscription orders follow our standard Return and Refund Policy. Opened or consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Changes to Pricing We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
